Would you like us to find them for you?
Tell us what you need. We work with vetted placement agencies across the US to shortlist, screen and introduce candidates. A deposit starts your search, and the placement fee is only due when you hire.

Yes. The directory is free and you contact providers yourself. With Find me a nanny, a placement specialist does the searching, screening and interviews for you, through partner agencies that cover your area.
You pay us a deposit to start the search. If you accept an offer from a candidate we introduced, the partner agency that found them invoices you directly for the placement fee, with your deposit already credited. No hire, no placement fee (the deposit is non-refundable).
Long-term nanny, newborn care and special needs placements include a 90-day replacement guarantee: if the person leaves or isn’t the right fit, the partner agency searches for one replacement at no extra fee (conditions are in our placement terms).
Partner agencies run identity, reference and background checks and verify certifications before you meet anyone. You’ll see what was checked for each candidate.
We work with agencies covering all 50 states. Coverage is strongest in major metros; we’ll tell you on the first call if your area is harder to staff.
