findanannyonline.com is a US directory that helps families find childcare and newborn support providers. We don’t employ caregivers. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.

We only collect what we need to run the directory.

• →For providers: listing details, photos, rates, service area and any credentials you upload for verification.
• →For families: your town or ZIP, care type searches and saved providers.
• →Basic usage data: pages viewed, device type and approximate location from your IP address.

• →To show relevant providers near you.
• →To verify provider credentials and keep listings accurate.
• →To send messages you ask for, like inquiry replies or account emails.
• →To find and fix problems with the site.

We share data only with services that help us run the site (hosting, email, payments through Stripe, background-check partners when a provider requests verification). They can’t use it for anything else.

If you use Find me a nanny, we send your brief to up to 3 partner agencies covering your area without your name or contact details, and share your contact details only with an agency that accepts your search.

We’ll disclose information if the law requires it, and we’ll tell you when we’re allowed to.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your search. Optional analytics cookies are off until you say yes. No advertising cookies.

Wherever you live in the US, you can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data. California, Colorado, Virginia and other state residents have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone.

The site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and providers must not upload identifiable photos of children without a parent’s permission.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.
