By using findanannyonline.com you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement.

We provide a searchable directory of childcare providers and tools for families and providers to contact each other.

We are not an employer, agency or party to any agreement between a family and a provider. Hiring decisions, pay, taxes and working conditions are between you.

If you ask us to find a caregiver for you, our placement terms apply as well as these terms. Under them you pay us a deposit to start the search, and the partner agency that makes the placement invoices you for its fee. Read them at findanannyonline.com/placement-terms.

When a listing shows a verified badge, we’ve checked that specific item (for example an ID, certificate or license) on the date shown. It isn’t an endorsement or a guarantee of anyone’s conduct.

• →Information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• →You must hold any license or certification you claim.
• →Some listings are created from public sources; the business can claim, edit or remove them.
• →We may remove listings that break these terms.

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. Providers can’t review themselves or pay for reviews. We may remove reviews that are false, abusive or reveal private information.

Featured placement and other paid tools are billed as described at checkout. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.

• →Scrape or copy listings in bulk.
• →Use the site to harass, discriminate or spam.
• →Pretend to be someone else.
• →Try to get around our security.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and safe, but it’s provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for the actions of families or providers you meet through the site.

We’ll give 30 days’ notice of material changes. These terms are governed by US law and the laws of the state where we’re registered.
