01
Our commitment
Everyone should be able to find care, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the site.
02
What we do
- Text and controls meet AA colour contrast.
- All features work with a keyboard and screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS).
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives.
- Pages reflow on small screens and at 200% zoom.
- We respect your reduced-motion setting.
03
Known limitations
Some provider-uploaded photos lack descriptions, and some older guide tables are hard to navigate by screen reader. We’re working through both.
